Here is the table we quote from, for a wedding in downtown Asheville: rentals start at $6,200 for 50 guests in January to March and run to $13,000 for 200 guests in the autumn, with the room, the equipment, the staffing and the bar deposit already in the number. Your date, your level and your guest count set where you land in it.

The affordable dates
The same room costs least from January to March, and a Friday or a Sunday is a different conversation from a Saturday in October. If the budget is the fixed thing, tell us that first and we will quote the dates that fit it. Fewer than 50 guests quotes from the top row; Monday to Thursday, the elopement packages are the other way in.
Corporate and social events are quoted on the day, the level and the setup rather than this table. Ask for a corporate quote.
