The Venue is at 21 North Market Street, Asheville, NC 28801, on Market Street a block east of Broadway in the middle of downtown. Everything a guest needs is on foot from here; this page says where.

No lot of our own, four garages nearby
Downtown Asheville is built for walking, and so is the block. There are metered spaces on the surrounding streets, and the city runs four garages within a few minutes of the door. Rates are the city's and change, so we do not print them.

Hotels
Downtown hotels on foot, two a block away
There is no lodging in the building, which downtown makes unnecessary: if you are looking for a wedding venue with lodging close enough to walk, these hotels are it, two of them a block away. For a wedding, the event manager can point you at whichever of these is holding room blocks that weekend; for a conference, the two nearest put your attendees a minute from the door.

Arriving
From the airport, and up the stairs
Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is about 15 miles south, 20 to 25 minutes by car on I-26. A car or a ride is the practical way in; there is no rail.
Both levels have their own entrance. The Market & Mezzanine level opens straight off Market Street and is accessible by wheelchair elevator; the Second Level is accessible by stairlift and opens onto the balcony. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment; on an event day, the event manager is the person at the door.

- There is no private lot. Metered spaces on the surrounding streets, four city garages and several hotel decks are all within a few minutes on foot, and your event manager keeps a current list for the invitation insert.
- Which hotels are closest?
- AC Hotel Asheville Downtown and Kimpton Hotel Arras are a block away. Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville, Aloft Asheville Downtown, Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown, Hyatt Place Asheville Downtown are all within walking distance downtown. There is no lodging in the building.
- How far is The Venue from the airport?
