Book a tour of The Venue
Tours of The Venue in downtown Asheville are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment. You walk both bookable levels with someone from the office, from the Market Street door to the balcony, and you can ask about your date while you are standing in the room.

The office sets tours by phone, or from your date.
Planning a corporate or social event? Use the corporate form, and say you would like a tour.

- How do I book a tour of The Venue?
- Call 828-252-1101, or send your date through the form and the office will offer times. Tours run Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment.
- What will we see on a tour?
- Both bookable levels, with someone from the office: the Market floor and the Mezzanine, which together seat 250, the stairway, and the Second Level, which seats 120 and opens onto the balcony over downtown Asheville. Bring your date and your guest count and the tour becomes a conversation about your event.
- Can we tour on a Saturday, or during an event?
- Saturdays are select hours, so ask; a weekday is the sure thing. We cannot tour during most events, because the team is running that night, but tours do happen before an event starts.
