Mashed Potato Station -- $4.50 - Mashed Yukon gold potatoes with guest selection of toppings – scallions, bacon, cheddar cheese, cracked pepper gravy
Pasta Station -- $9 - (select one pasta and the rest of the ingredients are set up for the guests to build their own pasta dish)
Penne or fettucine, roasted garlic alfredo sauce, house marinara sauce, spinach, mushrooms, grilled chicken strips, parmesan cheese, red onions, sliced olives, prosciutto
Salad Station -- $6.50 - Mixed greens, creamy peppercorn dressing, lemon herb vinaigrette, roasted cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, pickled red onions, house made croutons, shaved carrots Lentil & fresh herb salad Penne parmesan and roasted vegetable salad
Vegetable Station -- $7 - Wood grilled farmer’s market vegetable platter with dill dipping sauce Three bean salad (garbanzo, baby green bean & red bean) Platter of raw vegetables with cracked peppercorn dressing
Salsa Station -- $6 - House fried tortilla chips, classic tomato salsa, roasted corn & green chili salsa and mango pineapple salsa
Dips Station -- $6.50 - Hot crab & spinach dip, roasted garlic hummus, Hot artichoke & sundried tomato dip – served with chips, grilled flatbreads and crostini
